IPL Laser Hair Removal Device — One Year Manufacturer's Warranty

The IPL Laser Hair Removal device is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The following defects are covered under this warranty:

1. Defect in Electric Charging

• a. Problem with the adapter — only the charging adapter will be repaired or replaced.
• b. Charging problem in the device — the whole product will be repaired or replaced.

2. Not Functioning as Described

• a. Flash lamp defect — the majority of our IPL Laser Hair Removal products have a changeable lamp. It will be repaired or replaced if any functioning issue occurs before the provided flash count is reached.
• b. Device defects — the whole device will be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.

All Other Products — 7-Day Return Policy

All other products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Items that have been damaged due to misuse or harsh handling are not eligible for return.
