Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and to the other GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.

How long does delivery take?

• United Arab Emirates: 2–3 business days
• Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar: 5–6 business days

How much does delivery cost?

• United Arab Emirates: free delivery on orders of AED 200 or more; AED 20 for orders under AED 200
• Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar: the delivery fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay

Information for GCC orders

For orders to Saudi Arabia, you can enter your National Address short code, and for orders to Oman, Qatar and Bahrain your ID number. These are optional, but they help the courier deliver your order faster. If they are missing, our team may contact you for them.

Delays

Deliveries to GCC countries may occasionally take longer because of customs clearance. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
